Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible for the prize draw, you must have purchased and paid for your super early bird registration by 14 December 2025. 
The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. 
 
The prize draw will take place on 16 December 2025 and the winner will be contacted directly by phone and email. 
If the winner cannot be reached within 5 working days, a new winner may be drawn.
